Fulfillment & Refund Policy

1. Overview

RVNW Studios provides professional digital services, including web design, development, branding, and marketing. Our work is fulfilled through structured client agreements rather than direct purchases on our website. This policy outlines our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation terms for transparency.

2. Fulfillment Process

 
Project Proposal & Agreement:
  • Clients receive a detailed proposal outlining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
  • A signed contract is required before work begins.

 

Deposit & Payment:
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any project.
  • Additional payments follow the agreed milestones in the contract.
 
Project Execution & Delivery:
  • Work begins after the deposit is received.
  • Deliverables are provided based on the scope and timeline specified in the agreement

 

 

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since our services require dedicated time and resources, refunds are limited and only applicable in specific cases:

 
Client-Initiated Cancellations
  • Deposits are non-refundable as they cover the initial project setup, strategy, and allocated time.
  • If a client cancels after work has commenced, all completed work up to that point will be delivered, and any remaining payments will be assessed based on progress.
  • If the project is canceled for reasons beyond our control, payments made are non-refundable.
 
Refunds Due to Provider Inability to Fulfill Services
  • If RVNW Studios is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen internal circumstances, a refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and payments received.
 
Project Pauses & Resumption
  • If a project is paused by the client, they have 90 days to resume.
  • After 90 days of inactivity, the project is considered closed, and payments made are non-refundable.
 
Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
  • Refunds or alternative resolutions may be considered in cases of extreme unforeseen events affecting either party’s ability to complete the project.
